Login your account from here "instagram.com/developer" and than click on Manage Clients for creating New Client, make sure status of client is Sandbox.

I did this when I first installed the module, and it worked perfectly. Then one day, it just stopped working. I sent you the Instagram account name etc. in the message I sent you with the login information.
