Hello Norma
Can you send me your instagram account? So we can help you or
1. in the instagram module click the "Create Instagram Application here" Link
2. Logged in to the developer area with the linked account
3. "Hello Developers" area click Register Your Application
4. Register new client, give it a name, site URL where the feed is to appear, privacy statement link (must have this on your site), redirect URL should be your website.
5. Make sure "Disable implicit OAuth:" is unchecked and update the client
6. now copy your client ID and redirect url into the following bold areas and hit return or go in browser
api.instagram.com/oauth/authorize/?client_id=CLIENT-ID&redirect_uri=REDIRECT-URI&response_type=token
7. In the URL you will find your access token will look like the following:
yoursite.com/#access_token=2255098913.16...4e58ba7cbe864d233d97
8. Copy the entire part after "access_token"
9. Paste all of it in Instagram Access Token field in the backend module
10. Paste the first number sequence up to the dot in the user id box
Best regards

Thank you, Bach. However, when I try step 6 with inserting my values, I get the following:

This page isn’t working.
www.instagram.com redirected you too many times.

So I can't get the access token.

Regards,
Norma

Hello again,
I tried it in a different browser, and now I get this:

{"error_type": "OAuthForbiddenException", "code": 403, "error_message": "Implicit authentication is disabled"}

Is there a conflict with the new Instagram privacy policy?
