Joomla Free extensions

Hi All,

I am hoping the support is as good as advertised on the Joomla Extension page. I have just purchased this after reading amazing reviews, but so far I am not convienced.

Even though the main site says an install guide is included, the Zip file I received had no such thing, plus there is no obiovious account management on the site to try and download the extension again and to top it off when I try to view the module after its installed I get the following error:

An error has occurred.

0 SQL=SELECT '0' AS id, '-- Select Album --' AS name UNION (SELECT id, name FROM fmr_jofbpt_albums WHERE state=1 ORDER BY ordering ASC)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and even installed from the TMP folder, but I get the same error everytime.

FYI I am running Joomla 3.2.3 Stable.

I would love a quick response as I was meant to publish this site over the weekend.

So you need download and install extension JO Facebook Gallery in your site. Can you see extension here: joomcore.com/commercial-extensions/compo.../jo-facebook-gallery
