Whatsapp Button doesn´t shows 5 years 6 months ago #7291

Hi,
We´ve recently bougth your module for joomla and we´ve installed it over Joomla 3.8.12. After that, we´ve entered to module configuration, changed the phone, title, and selected to show in "all pages" after that we´ve enable the module but.. nothing changed and module is not being showed. Is there somethinkg we´ve missed ?

My mistake, module position was not a position showed in the site Template (T3) so, I´ve changed for a position selected to be shown in the template and all is working properly now.
Would be great to have a small PDF with simple basic instructions like that.. so you avoid any technicall support and client achieve to put it work inmediately without any problems.

Is there some way to show WhatsApp icon in Top position instead of bottom ? how ? because module configuration options only shows right/left

I could get permision to provide you the admin user.. but.. why do you need that ? isn´t way to do it ourselve ?
