The site is a production website and I am not allowed to give you access without permission from Administration, and they may not allow me to do that anyway. Is there anyother way you can provide the support? Obviously technicians generally do not require access to the backend of production website to assist with any problems?
This is an issue of how to display K2 articles from multiple categories (as a Menu item) in to the Component section of the template, which in my case is the RS!Penta. There must be a way to specify displaying the items on the front page on any template.
