Both the Share and Like button for FB do not appear.

Yes you are right I logged with a new account instead of the good one, the purchase ID is 1425418611 and the e-mail of the account with which I bought it is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If it is better for you I can continue this topic with the proper account.
