If you want shown this article in Facebook ads you need buy ads of Facebook. In Facebook in item share you can see button "boost post"

that's the problem, I am the admin, but he post the content with the app name, and it i can not boost the publication.

I found a part in the app configuration that talks about the ads on facebook, I tried to set up, but is not applied to the user's ID when save... screen annexed

I got it! was putting the user ID and the correct would be the Ad Account ID!
