When I try to connect to facebook facebook asks me for Submit for Login Review, when I choose to submit I see my facebook applicaction but I don't know how to Submit for Login Review.

You can ignore step "submit Facebook application" and click Okay and next step but if you want submit your Facebook application to Facebook review you can see guide here

I have ignored this, I have created an account connected to facebook and everything seems ok, but I don't see my account here

NOTE Very important: When you start and use this feature auto post you need set Status: In Development and vice versa setting Status: Live when you no run this function Setting Facebook Status
