Hello Bison
I think you have miss step confirm Facebook when you create account and click button "Connect to Facebook" in component
Note: you need click okay 3 step confirm Facebook when you create account and you can see guide install and config in file .doc in package download
Or can you send me joomla administrator and Facebook account via contact form? So we can check it
