Joomla Free extensions

Hi Guys,
I have installed pkg_johikashopautofacebook_jl3.x V 6.5 13th March, 2019 on Joomla 3.9.11
Facebook app created, account created etc.
On saving the product in Hikashop I get the message: 'Item posted to your Facebook wall successfully!
Successfully Saved' but nothing is appearing in Facebook.

Any suggestions?

Because of issues of security on a client's site I wasn't able to provide the login details as requested, but I just wanted to add that I have re-installed the latest version and it is working great.
Many thanks for all your hard work. Great component.
One question: I am using sh404sef, not generating short tinyurls as it is a large site, and notice that the posted item of facebook returns with a non sef url. Is there anything I can do to use the product's hikashop canonical url?

It wasn't exactly clear but now I understand that the Facebook app has to be in development mode in order to make the post and then switched back to live afterwards.
The only issue with this it that all posts previously made to Facebook temporarily disappear when the mode is switched to development, but there is probably nothing that can be done to change this.
