Fatal error: Class JofacebookgalleryViewDefault cannot extend from interface JView

We just bought this not so long ago. We just now migrated to joomla 3. I thought the error would go away on installing the joomla 3 version. It didn't. we still have a white screen on the front end with that error showing up.

It's Joomla 3.4.3

Do we need to upgrade?
And if so, is there anyway to just boost up to the free upgrade level by paying the difference?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
