I have purchased the extension and installed it on Joomla 4. In settings nothing happens when I click through the setting tabs, so I can't set them. Please help me resolve this. Thank you.

Is this the correct way to contact support? Also I have trouble connecting it to FB.
- created the FB app
- added domain there
It still says it can't find domain url. Thank you.
