This problem occurs for instance when your created a new FB password, tokens need to be recreated.

There are two solutions. 1) Delete the module and create a new one with all the settings.
2. Go to phpMyAdmin in your SQL database, find the module name of your module, open it and remove the TOKEN ID code there. Now you are able to open the module again with all the settings, just have to relink it with FB.

Please check your created application at www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

It should show it is giving access to your page management there if not, then the created application is too limited.
