Joomla Free extensions

I've created an event on FB for 12/15/18 9pm-midnight.

The module is showing the date as 12/16/18 3am-6am


I've seen this following (very old) post:

I'm kind of surprised that after this many years, this is apparently still an issue..?!?

Please advise on how to correct this WITHOUT having to go mess with php-files.

In module config in parameter "date default timezone" please set your country and help me check it again
