Hello,

I've received my Paypal confirmation after ordering, but have not seen the download link via email yet.
I have checked my SPAM folder, nothing.

Can you please assist?

A digital download should not take this long.

I see several others complaining of the same thing. You really need to investigate your software delivery model.
I don't mean to complain, but this is not in keeping with peoples expectations.

Please address this ASAP or I will choose another vendor and request a refund from Paypal.

Now over 24 hrs, and still no response.

Other users should be aware, especially if they are in the midst of a development cycle, as I was.
Thanks for bringing my work to a grinding halt...

I won't be recommending Joomcore to others.

I given a bad email adress during my register, but there is no way to modify it, and resend the order. I wrote an email with the contact us form... But still no answer...


Probably they are sending files manually, and the guy is away for hollidays :P
