Hi. Buy and install the module and it works. I have only some problems.

1) The message, for example from the message field: "Hello! I'm Bach from the support team.", Is not read in front-end (only the gray background is visible.

2) Where can I change the availability schedule ?, example: "from 0: 00hs to 24: 00hs".

3) Is it possible to change the avatars ?, where can I find female avatars of live support with the WhatsApp logo?

4) I have read, that the number of agents (ACCOUNTS 1-5) are unlimited, but in my case, it has only 5 agents. How can I add more?

5) I have tried to add HTML code to some fields in the back-end, for example to: "Box Message", to add a hyperlink to the email (but the system deletes the html code, and does not interpret it). Is it possible to solve it?

6) It is possible to change the size and style, for example, add transparency to the bubble that comes out front-end with the WhatsApp? Icon, like?

7)* Smiles do not work in the WhassApp message area either (they do not open).
