Joomla Free extensions

Hey,
i'm helping out a friend with his Joomla, including your FB-Gallery.
Problem: The automatically generated thumbnail fotos don't use the original foto just downscaled, they scale it down more and patch the pieces together as a thumbnail, showing parts of the original multiple times. . I tried entering the correct ratio from width to lenght for the TN in the settings, but it didn't work out. Funny thing: the preview given in "Manager photo in Album" is perfectly alright.
Could you please help me?

We have checked and you have purchased extension in Friday, 31 May 2013 and using standard subscription and now is 23/11/2014 and we have update to new version fixed this problem and add update some new option for extension (Ex: support responsive, auto update new albums from facebook in your site). So you need purchase again extension and install in your site. You need uninstall old version and install again new version or we will help you install and config in your site
