Hi, I have the problem explained in the subject, for most of my events, how can I solve it? Tried to find in the forum, but it seems like search function doesn't work properly (or maybe I miss something)

I discover that who created the event used a portrait photo.. this is the problem. Is there any solution to crop it? I will be answered that my plan doesn't include customisation, I guess.... I understand
