Yes, Can you find and open file: plugins/content/jo_socialshare/jo_socialshare.php
Go to line 97 and changed
js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/all.js#xfbml=1&appId=282604855153215";
To
js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/de_DE/all.js#xfbml=1&appId=282604855153215";
