I dont know but i think u shouldnt give an access-token public like that! Anyhow, if it was the problem, then how should i create one that works?

You can using my access token or you can submit your instagram App to instagram review. You can see guide submit a instagram app in success.tanaza.com/s/article/How-To-Crea...-for-the-Splash-Page and in Additional permission selected public_content
