Here is a view of what I get for now.
Am I missing a setting to enable a masonry effect (doesn't seem to be included in the code) or to have pictures loaded as square?
Let me know what is the supposed behaviour, because I don't get any clue as your demo source images are already square.

You need to include masonry.js to the extension
masonry.desandro.com/

Can you have a look and update?
Your extension classic mode only works if all instagram pics are square. Which is not the default case anymore.
You extension description is wrong now as it states:
"Classic: This view mode creates a unique grid montage of your photos that displays beautifully on all devices."

Integrating Masonry.js should be easy for you, it requires a container with a 'grid' class, items come with 'grid-item' class.
If you're willing to update the extension very soon, please do it asap or please refund my purchase as I need to go for another extension.
