Still waiting to see if you can help us with the Submenu coding issue. I sent you the link. Not sure if you had the chance to look at it.. If there is no fix, we will have to unfortunately remove it and use another slideshow such as DJ-Slideshow or something. But we really like to use the JO K2 as it has certain features that we liked.

I am not sure I understand when you say Joomla administrator via Contact Form? Can you elaborate.
