We cannot provide this data to you for security reasons.

If you have not updated the extension according to facebook policies, you should remove it from the site, as it promises something you cannot do.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Current component using new permission in facebook and you need config in guide below
In your Facebook application you need set Status is off (development) you can see image prnt.sc/kb6oqu and help me check it again
Or can you send me ID and pass your teamview and we can help you config it
