* Since we plan to work with JO FB Wall, it's very important, that we can rule the language settings by ourselves. Therefore we need to know, what the solution is. thank you.

Oh sorry i have wrong. You can use filezilla or cuteFTP and edit the file
1) Find and open file modules/mod_jofacebookwall/tmpl/default.php and go to line 67 and help me change en_US to de_DE

2) Is you can send me joomla admin and we can easy help you
