JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file. 5 years 1 month ago #9711

I keep getting this error when installing. Any ideas how to make it install? I checked the XML file to change to extension instead of install but that wasn't the issue.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello
Please help me unzip package and download file in package and help me check it again. In package we include file install and file guide install and config
