Joomla Free extensions

So I just bought this product and no notice, no instruction, no sign as to where to download.
So have you guys noticed that a notice or instructions are needed after your clients buy a product?
I need to install this asap for a client and here I am guessing where to get it from.

Can you email or instruct me as to where to get the zip file?

I just installed it and it does not work properly: please advice.






Only the pinterest icon shows up, how do I get the rest to do the same? They are all turned on and nothing works. I have included 2 screen shots and the code of the k2 page in question. This happens in Joomla 2.5 and also on 3.3.6
