In the module JO Responsive Instagram Photo Gallery, when I choose de option User, I get the pictures from Instagram and it works perfectly.
I wanted now to use the option "tag". When I seet this option and then I enter in the field "Tag" the following Hashtag: #cttfribourg, I do not get any pictures. In the Instagramaccount I can use this Hashtag and I get all the pictures with this tag.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

We have checked and problem because your access token can not get tag photos. Please use my access token is 260796206.0efbe26.89a76a9668934089a2d00d928486fd26 when you setup module.
We have configure and now module worked fine. You can check it

If you want use your Instagram Access token you need submit Instagram app for review
